BONG: Craig, congratulations on the title win, what was the secret of your success?

Hi, thank you. Their is no bigger secret to success more than determination to be the best, hard work on the training field, everyone within the club supporting you and giving the confidence not only when you are winning but also giving them the same when you lose a game, never let the team blame themselves.

BONG: interesting, who will be your main rivals for the title this season?

I never underestimate anyone in this league. When the new season starts i think our rival this season could be anyone as we expect it to be wide open and if it ends up like last season, then i have this for all the managers, Never lose faith in yours or your teams abilities on the pitch, it can be done!

BONG: powerful, So Craig will you be making changes in personnel.....any big targets?

There could be a few players leaving after the title win, see what sort of balance we have after that and then look to see where we need to strengthen the team and go into the market and see what can be done... no names will be mentioned as the media will do that when deals have been accepted or something goes wrong haha, Media eh

Bong: so true lol, so Craig, for those that don't know, you won the title this season. Why do you think it is important to win the shield this season?

We are in competitions to win pure and simple, we don't want to give up we want to keep going until the final whistle is blown. The importance of success is moving the club forward whilst you are successful if you can do both then you can be helpful to the team in question in any competition or league.

BONG, intriguing, So do you see yrself at Man City for the long term like Shankly and Ferguson, build an empire......or would you like to manage a different team one day?

I see myself at a club that firstly the fans are entertained and want me to take there team forward, and secondly in doing that have the believe in the owners of the club, then that can turn a club into a fortress that other teams fear playing. I do believe that is with City.

BONG, very true, although you lost 3-1 to Oxford tonight. Do you think Oxford deserve to be in div 1?

They are a strong side and will be a sure force to deal with next season. We didn't play well tonight but it's something we will learn and get better from, i can see oxford having a good crack this season. Well played to them.

BONG: fairplay Craig, Oxford are starting to be taking seriously in Europe especially in Malta, Andorra and San Marino so in many ways this result isn't a surprise. Craig in your opinion which manager has impressed you the most in TFF and which manager would you like to help a little?

For me the manager that has surprised me this season is Burnley, they were dangerous this season especially when they got a new boss, but arsenal were a force aswell

BONG, super, Craig Man City is an important job and many managers in TFF would love it.....Do you feel any pressure managing Man City who expect win the shield or has it been easy?

Pressure with big jobs is always going to be there, as they all want to achieve. I try to thrive of the pressure and then add the positives into the dressing room that influences the players to get positive results, and of cause it always puts you in good light with the owners

BONG: Finally, what are your thoughts on womens football and would you sign a woman in the future?

Women's football is a growing thing and it is something that should keep growing bigger as it allows them to show there talents and another side to football that can only promote a positive outcome to fans. We are the mens team so i doubt that will happen tbh.

BONG: Thanks Craig and we are delighted to announce there will be a new weekly feature called Craig's World where Craig analyses the biggest Div 1 game of the day and gives advice to managers.
