Any job in TFF you would leave your club for: Arsenal. Apart from that we are very happy settling in next door at Watford.

Watford haven't got the most noticeable youth team players, any gems in there you know which others might not? Only Nketiah that is of real value and Ochs who got a +2. The majority were signed on the cheap to allow me to sell the first team players.

What area of the squad do you feel is weak and would ideally like to improve? I feel our first team is quite strong now, we could maybe do with another full back and we really need to focus on building a cup squad as we are still weak in terms of first team numbers.

With the some familiar Premier League faces in the ranks, is league experience what you've aimed to bring in to the club when you joined? I like to sign players who I can watch in real life on a regular basis so we can keep up to date with players. I find that better then relying on stats to make judgement on players.

What is your main aim for the up and coming season? After taking over and steering Watford to 11th, we need to improve on that this season and I would say Top 10 is the min we would settle for. I am hoping to really push Top 8 and get that European spot.

Is the cups something you want to concentrate on or is the league position your main priority? ATM We don't have a squad capable of challenging for all competitions so I feel League and SMFA Shield will be our priority this season.
