20:00 -
Just hours before the big kick off Arsenal manager Ben Clifford stormed out of his press conference leaving the press and media not quite knowing what they had just witnessed some questioned his mental state they will be now !
Kick Off
All eyes where on the games at Vicarage Road and The Emirates where would the title be won, where would it be lost ? Could Arsenal prevent Chelsea from Glory would Watford's top 4 quest overpower Liverpool's unbelievable dream.
2nd - Minute : A GOAL at Vicarage Road and a eruption of noise(y) from the traveling Chelsea fans at the Emirates. Watford had taken a very early lead Savic the scorer and already the title as it stood heading Chelsea's way. Watford 1-0.

Back the Emirates Arsenal boss was patrolling the side lines with a face of Thunder he knew what was happening else where. The game had clearly been effected by the impact of his now already famous "FACT" rant. The players on both sides were fired up Pogba going in late on De Bruyne costing the Frenchman a early yellow card.
Lionel Messi the now confirmed Golden Boot winner showed early signs of breaking the dead lock but Chelsea held firm. Messi picking up a yellow card after a late foul on Golden Boot rival Ronaldo.
17th Minute - RED CARD : Chelsea down to 10 men (Again for the second time against Arsenal) Pogba clearly too enraged by Clifford's earlier words picking up a second needless Yellow after throwing the ball at Arsenal right back Walker. Liverpool with some hope that Arsenal could take advantage.
21st Minute - GOAL : Head in the hands for Liverpool fans at Vicarage Road. As soon as Chelsea had gone down to 10 men they scored ! Hazard controlling a lovely through ball supplied by Kante. Giving Lloris the eye cooly slotting the ball home at the near post a goal the keeper shouldn't be giving away. Chelsea 1-0

With Liverpool already losing at Watford, Chelsea were winning the league by a single point. A Liverpool goal still not enough thanks to Chelsea's better goal different. Now was the time for action for the teams in red.
24th Minute - GOAL : Liverpool back in it at Vicarage Road ! Alli who was turning out for Bitter Rivals United earlier in the Season scoring the goal that could have started the Liverpool Title party. Chelsea fans at the Emirates starting to show the first sign of nerves.
Back at the Emirates Chelsea were now winning the league on Goal Difference. As results stood. The game between the two London rivals had turned nasty Neymar, Chiellini picking up yellows for crunching tackles.
Second Half
Que the Second Half... Arsenal manager Ben Clifford could be hear screaming at his players at half time demanding that Chelsea are not allowed to win the title in Arsenals back yard.
The theme of the first half seemed to be break anyone at any cost neither team holding back here. Ex Arsenal man Godin picking up the games 100th yellow card after a high challenge on Higuain.
53RD Minute - RED CARD: Yep you guessed it. It came from The Emirates this time to a Arsenal man. Neymar given his marching orders after going in late and then planting a stamp on Chelsea's Rodriguez. The referee left with little choice. With both teams reduced to 10 men each Arsenal had lost their extra man advantage news Liverpool fans groaned at.
The game at Watford was also getting edgy - With Everton taking the lead Watford could ill afford to let the game pass them by. Back at the Emirate Azpilcueta picked up the games 101st yellow card this was never going to be pretty after Clifford's pre match press talk.
The title was hanging in the Balance now with 15 minutes left on the clock. Chelsea still currently winning it on Goal Difference with both themselves and Liverpool locked in on 83 points. A Liverpool goal would surly be enough now ?
75th Minute - GOAL : Chelsea fans go wild as Hazard drives at the heart of the Arsenal defence forcing a corner. In came the in-swinging ball from the boot of Hazard the Arsenal man for man coverage broken as Griezmann found himself alone at the back post. 6 yards out no mistake a toe poke enough. Chelsea 2-0.
77th Minute - GOAL : Arsenal back in it could they do it could they really do it !!? Higuain who has impressed from the first minute after arriving from Juventus passes to Raheem Sterling, Sterling dropping the shoulder managed to get a shot away through the legs of Chelsea man Silva and into the back of the net. The Arsenal fans well aware of what a second goal would do for Chelsea's title hopes well up for this game now !!
Arsenal 1-2 Chelsea
even still Liverpool had the title in their own hands, one single goal in the remaining 10 minutes or so would send the Title up north to Liverpool after all those years... No slipping up now Liverpool.
Arsenal and Liverpool were both pushing, Watford and Chelsea giving as good as they were taking. With Everton taking a commanding 3-1 lead it was vital Watford got the point or bye bye TOP 4. With 10 minutes remaining left the season still undecided what a show case for Division 1.
82nd Minute - GOALLLLLLL: GAME OVER ALL EYES ON LIVERPOOL !! Chelsea had just taken a 3-1 lead at Arsenal. A free kick to Chelsea in a dangerous area. Ronaldo stood over the ball - Surely he would have a say in the title drama ? No a cross into the box again Arsenal undone with the aerial ball. Silva nodding the ball into the net. Chelsea 3-1 Arsenal
84th Minute - RED CARD : Ill let you guess where this red card came from ? guessed yet ? Arsenal down to NINE (9) men Higuain sent of... A elbow on Kante clear replays showing the intent see you later !
Arsenal boss Clifford had reach breaking point after 25+ games at the top he was slowly witnessing Chelsea achieve everything he had dreamed of this season. A cup win in the bag and now 5 minutes from a title win Clifford invaded the pitch shoving the 4th official in the process and had it out with the main man in black the referee himself ! Stewards ushered the Arsenal man away the press having a field day in the stands what a melt down what a mess what a season final !!

The game was all but finished at The Emirates, 9 men no manager on the side lines all attention on Watford - Liverpool.
Watford were all hands at the pump now Liverpool applying unbearable pressure. Everton still 3-1 up with added time to play. You automatically think of City Vs QPR here. The Liverpool fans no longer interested in their radios with Chelsea's 3rd goal having gone in. This was Liverpool's to win or lose now.

GAME OVER: The final whistle had sounded at The Emirates Chelsea, management, fans and players still out on the pitch and in the stands awaiting the final moments of the Watford - Liverpool game....
WATFORD - LIVERPOOL: The Liverpool fans now knew they needed to score the final whilst coming at Arsenal it was now or never a last minute ball hit into the air 10 players up for Liverpool route one. A flick on and a goal all that was required. Watford cleared their lines game over tears from the Liverpool faithful cheers from the Watford home crowd.
CHELSEA CHAMPIONS !!

Absolute scenes at The Emirates we all thought the title was heading there after 25 games... The title was heading there after all !! Only for it to be lofted in the Air by the Chelsea players !
By now the home fans had long gone, the Arsenal players back in their Dressing Rooms and Ben Clifford surly somewhere on a time out step. The season had come down to the final day. Chelsea for the first time this season sitting in First the only time it actually counts or matters for that fact.
Glen M - Quote -
Basically going into that last game even though there was a chance to win the title I didn't think we could pull it off. It was never in our hands, even up to the 90th minute it wasn't.
We came up against a very strong Arsenal side who have been battling at the top of the league all season, we knew it would very tough to come away with 3 points that would secure us the title. When the whistle went and we got the final score of the Liverpool game we went mental, all our hard work over the season has paid off.
The double is secure now as for the treble what can i say, it would be a dream come true for the fans, players and for myself. We started of the season wanting to win the league never mind be on there verge of a treble again it will be very tough game vs Arsenal. Ronaldo will be a big miss but the other lads are fully pumped after tonight and we believe we can end the season with a treble.
Arsenal manager Ben Clifford was unavailable for comment after his sending off.
